Shipping Policy

 

Coverage Areas: Our shipping service is within the continental United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times: Orders are fulfilled in 3-5 days. Standard delivery can take another 3-8 business days, depending on location.

These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Delivery Limitations: Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Identification Required for Delivery: Your product will be delivered straight to your door and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.

Order Fulfillment: Our product is being shipped by a 3rd party partner (AccelPay's retailer network).  Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed 3rd party retailers in the AccelPay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers including GLS and UPS. If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise, they will be sent in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Destination of the shipment
  • Selected shipping method

Exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the order. We offer free shipping for orders that exceed a minimum value.

Order Tracking: We provide real-time tracking for all shipments:

  • Upon shipping, an email with the tracking number will be sent.
  • Notifications about the shipment status will be sent via email and/or SMS.

Pre-orders: Preorders are advance purchases made on new and/or limited time products that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Your credit card will be charged the moment you place your pre-order. In the event there is a fulfillment delay, our customer service team will contact you via email with a new expected delivery date. Please note that if you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled. If you have not received your pre-order and have further questions, please contact our customer service team at support@accelpay.io.

Responsibility for Loss or Damage During Shipping: Our policy regarding loss or damage is as follows:

  • All shipments are insured up to a certain value.
  • Customers must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • For claims, it is necessary to keep the original packaging and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery service will make up to three attempts to deliver the package to the intended recipient at the provided address.

  • Undeliverable Package: If the package remains undeliverable after three delivery attempts, it will be deemed “undeliverable” and returned to the retailer.
  • Recipient Responsibility: The recipient of the undeliverable package will be responsible for paying the following fees:
  1. If a refund is requested, the recipient would be charged an Undeliverable Package Fee, a flat fee of $25, which will be deducted from their refund.
  2. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. If a Reshipment is requested, a flat fee of $40 will be charged to cover both the reshipment and the undeliverable package fee.
  4. Other fees may apply due to order contents.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
